Faded roses

A few years ago, I would not have considered this picture to convey beauty simply because the roses are a day or so (plus a rain shower) past their prime. The flowers are over, spent, no longer worthy subjects. I wouldn’t have taken the picture, let alone posted it on my blog.

Learning to see like a photographer has loosened me up.

    Beautiful post!

But dear KK, why no tags at all? And just one category (an extremely generalized one)?

Great article for all non-fiction writing. Elevate , clear accurate information, inspire. Someone said about teaching: you have to understand your topic so well that you could explain it to a fifth- grader. (I had several “place-holder” instructors who were just one chapter a head of the class. That’s not a teacher! K
